 Support the building of the 1st INSTINCUTALISM compound to be used for teaching and general pubic awarenss just outside of 2 large University citys  SUPPORT THE PURCHASE OF LAREGER TRACTS OF LAND THAT WILL BE DIVIDED INOT 5 ACRES FAMILY COMPOUND , FOOD FARMS . PROVIDING 99 YEAR FAMILY UNIT LAND LEASES 1.A general adherense to current definitions of PERMACULTURE , to include the use of resources for
personal income production with in a multi generational scope of resource use . 2.Life ,liberty and the pursuit of happiness , are expressions of Free Lifestyle Choice and protected by INSTINCTUALISM
org . Respecting of current laws is important and atempts shall be on going to maintain a personal state of respect and legality
for current laws. 3.Political action will take the form of
being the example of the wanted change . " be the change you want to see " in accord withthe TOAIST example of NON-action
and teaching such to those who seek information . 4.Maintaining a level of advertsing ,
public awarenss , technical support , planning of teaching events and supplying materials for teaching in formal
class and non formal events . ( recipientents of economic support are expected be invovled in some such activity atleast
yearly ) 5.Economic aid in the form of 99 year land
lease programed will be contingent on an evidence trail of personel work ethic and adherence THE PROPOSED FAMILY UNIT
which is a family group of 7 or more expected , this does not mean to say not having 7 will end the lease but
the intinail proposed use of the homestead is to support a family unit the leesee has 20 years to show good faith in building
the proposed family unit ( min. 5 ) or shall release the homestead to a new leasee and move into a single or divorce homestead
or leave in accord with the tenents of personalbe freedom to pursue happiness .

family homestead Land use : A. 1 human life time , to include of the life spans of
husband(s) or wife(s) B. Non transferable exclusively by heriditary , but
provision for right of first denail to direct family members is allowed for family members commited to INSTINCTUALISM

re-homesteaded . D. Land leases will end if the land in not being lived on
for atleast on season for a period of 5 years.
