RETIRE AT AGE 22 .... what does retirement really! mean ? what is WEALTH ? one
thing it means is freedom and finnacial security . Ahhh that is realy more complex than what you may thnk ... $$$ freedom means you can now work for fun and art ..$$$

program money and the law of atrraction , and hear the understanding of MASLOW as a basis of security whihc allows for freedom
and growth then maybe these ides ould have more value .

Now go buy land and 5k down and 10 years plus terms Buy a shed or BUILD a 16 x16 as decribed HERE ! which you can prep the pieces then site assemble . bury it to an extent to tapp into the psotive factors of earth ship concepts ..this is a CAMP ... for a toliet use a simple compost toliet with a 4 inch vent and a computer fan for venting make it a sealed box with a drain . Have a well popped and put on a cisterin tank Buy two solar paks a cheap freezer and d/c conveter in other words the concepts found thru out instinctualism.org creatively ..THINK FOR YOURSELF ! And then MOVE … saving you 400 a month . DO MORE TIME the next 14 months will give you the time needed to build home 1 out of pocket Buy a home depot lawn tractor and a tow behind back hoe on terms instead of the fancy Kubuto … and start to design your cash cows .
