It is good to have this chance to talk to you and your old man , you a kid I used to pack into the car on BAKE SALE day now some years later bounced back into his parents home due to life $ stress , wondering whether or not to do a TOUR OF DUTY in the Navy so you can get the balance of University paid for , plus get back out of the folks home

Your dad , and old friend , who the culture would describe as self made and finnacially secure , but who now some decade after cashing out is wondering , how secure is he really , sure the bills are paid but $$ stress is still areality , and is this living behind walls and guarded gates under the oppresive rules of the social elite in this fashionalbe concrete boxes and manicured lawns and constant presure to drive the right car have the right recreational toys and activiites …. Is this really the DREAM ? My friend a good conservative .

 

So to have this chance to talk to both of you , but mainly you kiddo for you pop and I were are the WALKING DEAD , you are the next generation coming up .

 

So the idea is RETIRE FIRST  build a carreer later , confusing I know  , this is not what you have been taught by a system that bleeds you of money to support itself and its self perpetuating lies and traps .

 

How to retirre ? first ? , well first understand what retirement is actually consider , they plan for the average person to work till retirement age 70 then collet social security and live off their investments for the next ten years and DIE in their 80’s , being what they call finnacially secure during those 10 years so they can enjoy a life stle of self enhancement , that of course will be different for each person some it may be the exploration of arts and crafts hobbys others it would be world travel , but those would have to have created a large enough $$$ net worth to afford that travel .

 

What is retire , no housing cqst ? no more mortgage , property taxation within means , electric within means and food within means and then time to do what ever they want which may include work in the form of volunteering to stay active and alert , or working for love of work and staying econimcally involved in society . 

 

So young man , I know you like so many of your friends actually upon graduating from scholl found that mom and dad bestowed upon you , 1000’s of dollars worth of gifts and cash , amybe it was the car and the first year of insurance payments , maybe it was some help with the !st and last on the apt. and maybe it was just some spending cash or access the saving acont they had been putting aside for your college . But surprise surprise it all adding up to 5 , 7 , o 10 + thousands in real $$$ , and now that is all gone for you like some of your other friends with in a couple years events occurred to suck away those 1000’s .  Not unlike what you father has felt with his investments first with the tech stock crash that he never fully recovered his starting rpcinple from nor the negative realestate invest growth he is realizing and actual cost involved in this choice of realestate , to the stagnation of his other investments and lack of dependable income from them .

So young man I ask what if , you had taken that 10+ in your case and had put 6 k into a 1 ¼  acre land and built the off grid home and eveloped the permaculture food forest ,a nd learned to live of grid and by way of PV solar and small back up  sailboat wind genertor .

 

And like now you are once more at age 20 riding a bike back and forth from the college to your folks home , what if that was a 25 MPH brushless electirc bike , plus a car too , but the bike is just more funin the freedom of knowing the power comes from the sun .

 

And while at college , a youn lady askes if you are riding the bike because you lost your licsence for drunk driving you can LAUGH and say NO! proudly I ride the electric bike because I like to I power it thur my solar panels I have on my 1 ¼ acre off grid home , actually I really am in theory actdually allready retired and am olny going to colege to make sure I can better enjoy any career paths I want to follow in the future …..

 

Do you think that may not lead to more talking between you and her and when you describe your permaculture food forest and invite her  to go on a bike ride with you over to view it all and enjoy some home made WINE  , do  you think   it may lead after a few glasses of wine to her spreads those sweet little legs and you both having some fucking fun for the weekend?

 

What is retirement ? is it receiving socialized medicine in the form of medicare and a government welfare check ? When you are fucking old and mentally and pyshcaically spent , is it slaving and saving working 24/7 like your old man at something he loved then cashing out to only live day to day glued to the markets fighting with renters stressing with lawyers , serving of community lawn care boards worried about their budgets and money and association fees ?

 

What is is all about ? you are so free you can choose bondange

 

( oooh of course to be true to core insintualism concepts , this is kinda outside of your Pops expreince but not yours , I ask how many girls do you know that have expressed themselves in bisexuall ways ? …….. that 1 girl may bring over her girl friend next time to meet a very very different guy from wht they have been used to )
